This program focuses on rewarding customers via VIP status. In such programs, there is no direct correlation between points and rewards. The rewards are associated with the tier that the customer has reached.

Objective:

The objective is to ensure that the customer feels special about their status.

  • Customer collects points for every qualified activity. 
  • Customer reach a higher tier when they earn a certain number of points every year.

This program focuses on rewarding customers for making larger purchases that deliver higher margin to the business.

  • Customers earn fixed points for every order that crosses the order value threshold. Award higher points for first 3-5 purchases to maximize interest.
  • Between purchases, keep awarding a very small number of points to customers for email click through, site visits, app opens. This is to remind customers about you.
